Ordering

You can order a product in different ways, namely:

  • Via the SuperSauna® webshop
  • By telephone via our customer service
  • In one of our stores in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.

Choose the method that is easiest for you. We will do everything we can to process your order as well and quickly as possible.

Delivery time

The delivery time of the order depends on the product. Smaller products will be delivered to your home within a few days with DPD.
Larger products (such as infrared saunas) will be delivered within 30 days in consultation with you (unless otherwise agreed).

  • If the expected delivery time is exceeded, SuperSauna® will be granted an additional period to deliver.
  • For orders on demand, the customer must indicate when SuperSauna® is expected to be able to deliver them. The customer must inform you 3 weeks in advance that the order can be delivered.

Payment

Payment of the ordered product can be done in the following ways:

  • Via pin/bancontact upon delivery
  • Cash upon delivery or in store (only for products delivered by our own delivery service)
  • In advance by bank
  • Back by bank (note! in consultation with SuperSauna/CareLife)

Payment above €600,-

Orders that are higher than €600,- are in most cases delivered by our own delivery service.

With our own delivery service you can use the following payment method:

  • Mobile pin machine (recommended): Our delivery person has a mobile pin machine with him with which you can make the transaction by pin/bancontact. This way you can safely complete your payment with our delivery person. Please note that for larger amounts, the daily limit of your card is high enough.
  • Cash payment to driver: If you indicate that you prefer to pay the delivery person in cash, this is also possible. PLEASE NOTE: SuperSauna® accepts up to €3,000 in cash (legally determined)
  • Prepayment by bank: You transfer the full amount to our account number, stating your invoice number, within 10 working days after receipt of your invoice. Your order will be processed after receipt of your payment. Your order confirmation contains the bank details to which you can transfer the total amount.

Payment above €600

Orders under €600 are usually delivered by DPD. If your order is sent via DPD, you can choose from the following payment methods:

  • In advance by bank
  • Afterwards by bank (only in consultation). The invoice is included with your package and must be paid to CareLife BV within 10 working days.

Delivery

Delivery depends on the product you ordered from SuperSauna®. Small products are delivered within a few days via DPD. You will receive an email with the expected delivery time before delivery.

Larger products, such as an infrared cabin, are usually delivered to your home by our own delivery service. This has a number of advantages for you as a customer. For example, an appointment is always made with you in advance regarding delivery, this is usually 1 week before delivery. On the day of delivery itself, the delivery person will contact you again approximately half an hour before delivery to give the exact delivery time. This means you do not have to stay at home all day. The people at SuperSauna® are experienced in transporting large panels, so that we can limit transport damage to a minimum. A delivery time is chosen in consultation with you, usually within 30 days, if it takes longer, this will be discussed with you in advance.

For orders under €600,- we only charge €4.95 delivery costs, orders over €600,- are delivered to you completely free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium.!
With the exception of the products that cannot be delivered by our own delivery service. In addition, the Wadden Islands are also excluded from free delivery, we then deliver free of charge to the shipping company in Den Helder.

Warranty

The warranty and warranty period differ per product and are stated on the invoice. If there is no warranty period stated on the invoice, please contact our customer service, they will then send the warranty certificate by email or post.

For infrared cabins, Finnish Saunas, Combination Saunas and BARREL saunas, the entire warranty and warranty period expires if you transfer them to another person.

Product outside the warranty?

You can also contact our customer service outside the warranty period, we will be happy to help you find a suitable and most economical solution. Many parts are in stock in our service center, so we can help you quickly and cost-effectively even after the warranty period.

Retournering

Returns

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the product to us or return it to one of our stores within 30 days of purchase. You can choose to revoke by means of a written express notification. After this revocation, you then have another 14 days to return the product.
There are some products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products of a hygienic nature, such as Infrared Sauna, traditional saunas, beds or mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.
  • Products that have been ordered in one of the physical stores of SuperSauna/CareLife.

You will then receive the full purchase price including any shipping costs of the outward shipment back to the account with which you paid within 14 days after return. We may wait with refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

What are the 'legal grounds' for using your data?

According to privacy legislation, we must state which 'legal grounds' we have to use your data. We need data from you because of the contractual agreements between you and SuperSauna/Carelife (parent company SuperSauna), such as your purchase of a product or your right to warranty. This is the case for:

  • Ordering & pre-ordering
  • Delivery
  • Returns & Repairs
  • Trade-ins & Second Chances
  • Contacting our customer service

In addition, we can use your data for 'legitimate interest'. This means that we want to provide all our customers with the most optimal, personal service. We always think about your privacy. This applies to:

  • Reviews & Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Contacting our customer service
  • Visit of the SuperSauna/CareLife website
  • Account
  • Newsletter & e-mail
  • Personal advice
  • Promotions
  • Social media
  • Security, wifi & cameras

Who has access to your data?

We only share your data with other parties if this is really necessary for our services. These are the following parties: delivery partners, suppliers or repairers, product support, payment partners, IT service providers and parties that collect our reviews. After all, our delivery partner must deliver your order to the correct address and it is nice if a repairman comes to your home to fix your sauna. And not accidentally show up at the neighbors with a working sauna. Parties such as data management platforms, media and advertising agencies and research agencies come into the picture when we want to give you personal advice or show you targeted advertisements, for example based on your interest in certain products. In suspicious situations, we are obliged to share customer data with government agencies.

The parties that receive access to your data from us may only use it to provide you with a service on behalf of SuperSauna/CareLife. Unless they are themselves responsible for obtaining and protecting your data. Some cookie developers have access to the data that cookies collect on our website. You can read more about this in our cookie statement and the privacy policy of these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.

Where is your data stored?

We store your data in various databases. We always apply strict security measures. East, west, home is best: that is why your data is almost always stored within the European Union. In the exceptional case that customer data is transferred to countries outside the European Union, we ensure that your privacy remains protected in an appropriate manner. This has been officially established for a number of countries. Some American parties have registered under the Privacy Shield, which offers sufficient protection. Or we work with official model contracts that have been specially drawn up to safeguard your privacy.

How long do we store your data?

We do not store and use your data for longer than necessary. After that, we delete all data we have from you. Or we use your data anonymously, because we need certain data for internal analyses and reports, such as the value of your order.
Sounds simple enough, but how does that work in practice? We adhere to certain terms, after which we delete your data.

These are:

  • We delete recorded telephone conversations after 30 days as standard, unless we have a legal obligation to store a conversation for longer.
  • We do not store camera images from our stores for longer than 4 weeks. Unless we see something suspicious that we need to investigate further or the images need to be stored for longer due to another legal obligation.
  • We delete inactive customer accounts after 7 years. After that period, we only use your data anonymously, for internal reporting.

The Tax Authorities require us to store our administration with your invoice, payment and order data for 7 years. After that, we only use anonymous data for internal reporting. You must also store the invoices of your purchases properly, for example when your warranty expires.

If you have your product repaired or replaced by SuperSauna/CareLife, we will store your report and contact details for 7 years. After that, we will only use your data anonymously, for internal reporting.

If you have registered for the newsletter or have given permission to receive personalized messages, we will store that permission for 5 years. Even if you decide at some point that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter or personalized messages, we will store the withdrawal of your request. We will not store the emails you receive from us for longer than 60 days. So you do not have to worry that you will receive the same email from us more often. After that period, we will only use your data anonymously, for internal reporting.

We store data that we use to prevent fraud for a very long time. Not nice, but necessary.

What are your rights?

Of course, you remain in control of your data. Do you want to view your personal data free of charge and receive a copy? Or do you want to change, delete, limit the use of your data or adjust your email preferences? No problem. You can do this yourself in; My SuperSauna/CareLife account. Or you can let us know by post or email. In this way, you can also object to the use of your data for marketing purposes or indicate that you believe that your privacy outweighs our interests. In that case, we will review the situation again.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter is a piece of cake. You can do this in; My SuperSauna/CareLife account or via the link at the bottom of the newsletter itself. And do you no longer want cookies at all? You can also arrange that yourself. Read our cookie statement to find out how to do this.

We want to be sure that you are really you. That is why we may ask you for additional information to establish your identity. We also do this in the case of unclear requests.

Privacy policy

You can have your personal data changed with us based on the right to correction. It is possible to find out which personal data are known to us and what exactly they are used for. Incomplete or incorrect information can be restored or deleted in this way.

You can invoke the right to object. This means that you as a data subject or authorized person can submit a request to terminate the data processing. You must do this by sending a letter with a copy of a valid ID to our customer service.
