Ordering

You can order a product in different ways, namely:

• Via the SuperSauna webshop
• By telephone via our customer service
• In our store in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Poland

Choose the method that is easiest for you, we will do everything we can to process your order as well and quickly as possible. The delivery time of the order depends on the product. Smaller products will be delivered to your home within a few days with DPD. Larger products (such as infrared saunas) will be delivered within 30 days in consultation with you (unless otherwise agreed).

Payment

Payment of the ordered product can be done in the following ways:

• Via pin on delivery
• Cash on delivery or in store (only for products delivered by our own delivery service)
• iDEAL
• In advance by bank
• Back by bank (note! in consultation with SuperSauna / CareLife)

Payment above € 600,-

Orders that are higher than € 600,- are in most cases delivered by our own delivery service.

With our own delivery service you can use the following payment method:

• Mobile pin machine (recommended): Our delivery person has a mobile pin machine with him with which you can make the transaction by pin/bancontact. This way you can safely complete your payment with our delivery person. Please note that for larger amounts, the daily limit of your card is high enough.
• Pay cash to the driver: If you indicate that you prefer to pay the delivery person in cash, this is also possible.
• Advance payment by bank: You transfer the full amount, stating your order number, to our account number. Your order will be processed after receipt of your payment. Your order confirmation contains the bank details to which you can transfer the total amount.
• iDEAL (1 day before delivery): Secure payment with your debit card. After placing your order, you will automatically be linked to your own internet banking bank. There you can pay in your familiar environment. For more information, see www.ideal.nl

Payment under €600,-

Orders under €600,- are usually delivered by DPD, if your order is sent via DPD, you can choose from the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• In advance by bank
• Afterwards by bank (only in consultation)
